Only items that are in the original shipping condition and have not been worn or washed are eligible for exchange or return.<br \/><br \/>These items are not returnable or exchangeable: Holiday Prints, Personalized items, custom orders and custom orders made from your measurements. (Please measure carefully and email or call us first if you have any questions)<br \/><br \/>Exchanges for too small or too big items are happily made, however please keep in mind that the price difference between the two products will be charged (or refunded!).<br \/><br \/><\/p><p>We are not responsible for lost returns or exchanges. We suggest you send your item back with at least delivery confirmation service from the Post Office and consider insuring your return.
